The official hotel for the conference is the Hilton Garden Inn at 111 W. University Ave., El Paso, Texas, 79902. The Hilton Garden Inn El Paso is located at the entrance of the University of Texas at El Paso and is within walking distance of the conference site. 

Reservations can be made directly with the hotel at www.elpaso.stayhgi.com or by calling (915) 351-2121. If you have any problems making reservations, please call Mr. Simon Hernandez at (915) 351-4905. When making reservations, callers should request the group rate for the EPALL Conference.Hotel shuttles provide free transportation to and from the El Paso International Airport from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

In order to receive the group rate of $88.00, reservations must be made by October 30, 2011.  

If you wish to extend your stay in El Paso, the discounted room rates will be available from Thursday, December 1 through Saturday, December 3.
