The EPALL VIII Conference will take place at the University of Texas at El Paso - Union Building East, 500 W. University Ave., El Paso, Texas.  All Conference activities will take place on the 3rd Floor of the Union Building East.  Click here for a map of the Conference facilities. 

PARKING

Please note that if you are out-of-town guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, these parking arrangements will not apply to you. 

UTEP employees/students participating in this event may park in their corresponding parking areas as designated by employee/student parking pass. All other participants may park in Lot R-2. Please place the 2011 Parking Pass on the dash of your car when parking in Lot R-2. The parking lot is located on Sun Bowl Drive across from the Don Haskins Center. Being that this is a remote lot, shuttle arrangements have been made to transport conference participants and will drop off at the Hilton Garden Inn – just a short walk away from the Union Building. Return to Lot R-2 will be via the same shuttles picking up at the Hilton Garden Inn.

The shuttles will run as follow:

          7 am to 9:00 am and again at 4 pm to 6:30 pm

If you wish to extend your stay in El Paso, the discounted room rates will be available from Thursday, December 1 through Saturday, December 3.
